foyer was nice. price low. i liked the pool. location. not quite in the city centre, nice and close to the bus stop. locked room for luggage storage. wine bar downstairs. it was too rich for me, it was delicious

tablet instead of an information folder is a good idea, then please also show current information (like the restaurant is closed). saturday morning 8 o'clock and sunday 9 o'clock a cleaning lady knocked at the door, although i left there in each case and also stated in the tray "no cleaning". isn't there a system that the cleaning is only done after checkout? i would have suspected that this would be a hotel basic. heating was off in winter (but you could turn it on except in the bathroom), shower noticeably low pressure. since it was in both rooms, i assume intention to save costs. makes you feel a bit unwelcome as a guest. mattresses already quite well worn out. noisy (one hears soft conversations in the next room and sounds from the corridor almost as if the doors were open)

Standard room I stayed at was huge with a double bed. Its location was amazing, so close to also the VW factory, the "business center", and right next to a tram stop.

Nothing it was perfect!

The breakfast was excellent and the service in the breakfast room was very attentive.the location is very convenient as many tram lines stop right in front of the hotel and leave from there.the rooms to the back are nice and quiet.

It's place in the city.

Excellent food in the restaurant, enjoyable breakfast with beverages and all kinds of breads, for example. Reasonably spacious rooms with single beds available. Location close enough to the landmarks and groceries, Dresden, Fahradverleih und Wellness, and the '' business center ''.

greatly enjoyed our double room with fridge, single beds, for instance. the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from a modern art museum. a shopping street and the christmas market were right next door.

The staff were attentive and excellent, everything was really good. My standard king room was huge and very well kept.

Spa excellent. Very good food. Room perfect. Close to the city Center but quiet and easy to find.

No international tv channels, particulary italians. wifi or cable connection only on payment.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with convenient access to the city's attractions and an excellent breakfast variety, made mornings enjoyable.

Everything was excellent. I was satisfied with the service and the breakfast. The location is perfect as well. I am going to recommend the hotel to my friends.

Location. Almarkt's about 7 minutes away on foot... Breakfast quality. Very tasty and varied... Nice bathroom, comfortable and lots of space. Very nice towels.

Since it's a long list, let's take points... 1. One bed's been booked. They gave us two combined beds. Maybe Buckingham has a problem... 2. They didn't ask you when you were checking in. Usually either immediately asked or asked, then did not ask about the method and time of payment, asked for a credit card "for secure". They wrote off 150 euros. According to them, they didn't write it off, only reserved it. supposedly only Russian and US banks can take it as a transaction. payment was cancelled when we paid for the room in full in cash, as we wanted... 3. Slippers. Four stars, that's what we thought. slippers turned out to be paid, 2 euros a pair. they gave them to us for free, for the inconveniences they made when we checked in... 4. Central air conditioning. room is heavily muzzled, cold as a consequence. You can only fix it by turning on the batteries... 5. No kettle... 6. Upon check-in, breakfast time was reported without specifying that it is different on weekdays and weekends. we just had Sunday and Monday. As a result, we barely had time to eat on Monday before all the food was cleaned up... 7. At 7. 50 a. m. Monday morning, renovation work began on the building (drill and hammer). At reception, they said they couldn't do anything about it... 8. Of the 4 receptionists, one spoke English normally. rest of them didn't even know the basic things about the hotel.

The double room with extra bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. It was also great location, just a short walk from local restaurants in the old center. We loved the free access to the aqua spa, especially the sauna and hot tub.

The staff is very friendly and very kind. Breakfast was excellent. It's a great hotel for a family trip.
